Hubbard Pipe and Supply is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our family-like atmosphere in our LightStyles location. We are a plumbing, lighting, and irrigation distributor that assists local builders, plumbers, and homeowners in the creation of beautiful living spaces with kitchen and bath fixtures, as well as residential and commercial lighting. We are a family-owned, Christian, faith-based company that believes in taking care of our customers and employees. The ideal candidate will have meticulous Attention to detail, previous data entry experience, enjoys working with others, and excels in a team first work environment. Position Responsibilities

  • Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Input data accurately into spreadsheets
  • Daily attention to detail by Cross-checking data for accuracy and correcting any mistakes
  • Daily services coordination with builders and technicians
  • Maintains daily records to identify which materials, goods, and/or equipment require replenishment. Coordinates with warehouse operations and purchasing to ensure availability and delivery of product.
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a minimal level of guidance; appropriately prioritizes work to align with departmental goals and business objectives
  • Resolves unacceptable situations with customers in coordination with suppliers to ensure planned arrival of product
  • Collaborates to ensure materials and equipment are ordered with sufficient lead time to satisfy project requirements
  • Ensures all department activities are conducted in accordance with approved supply chain and company processes and procedures and legal requirements
  • Effectively identifies problems, evaluates options, and develops and implements solutions to accomplish business objectives
  • Provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Position Qualifications •Data entry experience 2 years, required •Wholesale operations experience, preferred •Attention to detail, required •Ability to multi-task •Problem solving •Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment •Ability to operate in multiple software platforms
