Job Title: Senior Cabinet BuilderLocation: Stroudsburg, PA (On Site)Pay: $35 - $45 an hourPosition SummaryThe Millwork Fabricator/Cabinet Builder crafts wood products, including cabinetry and architectural woodwork, for residential and commercial spaces. This role requires strong skills in blueprint reading, woodworking tools, and design interpretation.Key ResponsibilitiesRead blueprints and shop drawings to produce millwork and cabinetry. Measure, cut, and shape wood precisely for custom projects. Operate woodworking tools (e.g., saws, drills) and ensure safety. Install finished cabinetry with attention to fit and alignment. Perform quality checks and adjustments as needed. Collaborate with team members and clients to resolve issues. Maintain a clean and safe workspace.Qualifications10+ years in woodworking or cabinetry. Proficiency with woodworking machinery and blueprints. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Physical ability for lifting and standing during work.Preferred SkillsExperience with custom cabinetry or interior woodwork. Knowledge of cabinet installation techniques.Work EnvironmentPrimarily workshop-based with some on-site installations.
