Bronwick, LLC finds top talent for companies that we admire. Currently, we are searching for a stone industry Builder Sales Representative for our client in the Tampa Bay market. Our client is a premier natural and engineered stone fabricator with locations in multiple major Texas markets and still growing! We need an experienced Builder Sales Representative with knowledge and experience selling stone slabs to production home builders in the Central Florida area with plans to expand to multi-family sales in the near future. Our client operates all facets of their business with full transparency and values reps with strong morals/values. This will be the first sales hire in St. Petersburg so opportunity is very high to partner directly with the owner and grow with company -- both financially and in leadership roles! One important thing to note is that our client has tremendous experience and connections in distribution and stone imports so scaling up to $10MM will not be a problem for the right rep. If you've been frustrated by your current company's inability to deliver large volume, this is a great opportunity for you! RESPONSIBILITIES: In short, if you've been in the industry, you know the job responsibilities. However, a common list of responsibilities include:

  • Utilize your current network of production home builders to generate revenue in the range of $2MM-$5MM, with the ability to scale up to $10MM+ over time.
  • Maintain and grow high volume countertop sales with residential production builders
  • Effectively demonstrate expert knowledge of Granite, Quartz, and other stone products
  • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
  • Typical administrative tasks for the industry/role
REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 3+ years selling high volume stone countertops to production home builders in Austin (5-10 years preferred)
  • At least 3+ years experience with margin sales -- your compensation will be heavily tied to gross margin dollars so strong experience selling a higher margin will yield very high compensation.
COMPENSATION:
  • Total Comp expectations = $100,000 - $120,000+
  • Base + Commission = Base salary varies based on talent and experience
  • Benefits = Company benefits are not provided but your compensation will be increased to cover your benefits in the marketplace allowing you the most flexibility in your coverage!
