Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe environment with the buildings managed by the Recreation and Parks Department, which include the Franklin Loebe Center. This includes the activities and the safety of the people utilizing the facility as well as assisting the Special Events Team by helping to prepare for events as well as working in various capacities as needed. This position is also responsible for cheerfully greeting the public and building renters as well as setting up for daily room rentals. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the facility; including emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, and washing windows. In addition, responsibilities include securing the facility and completion of a detailed shift report
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills
High School Diploma is preferred. Previous maintenance experience is desired. Excellent communication skills are necessary to perform this job.
Schedule: Evenings and must have open availability on weekends; generally up to 15 hours per week. Shifts vary based on facility schedules and events.
