Qualifications:

+ Working knowledge of NY state learning standards and assessments

+ The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool

+ Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement

+ Broad experience with a variety of instructional techniques

+ Ability to differentiate instruction for accelerated and delayed learners

+ Evidence of strong classroom management skills with age appropriate experiences

+ Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate with and support other staff

+ Loyalty and evidence of being a team player

+ Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community

Requirements:NY state teaching certification (strongly preferred)

Prior experience as a substitute teacher

Position Available:September 1, 2024

Salary/Stipend:$181.44 per day
