Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: Building CleanerACCOUNTABLE TO: Human ResourcesSUMMARY STATEMENT:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our work-related spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are kept clean and hygienic. This includes but is not limited to: general office areas, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, conference rooms, and individual office areas.MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Cleaning and sanitizing office spaces, including desks, tables, chairs, counters, and other furniture.

Dusting surfaces and ensuring that all community areas are free of clutter and debris.

Vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of carpets and floors

Cleaning windows and glass surfaces monthly.

Ensuring that restrooms are clean and well-maintained.

Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste in a proper manner.

Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred)

A high standard for cleanliness

Attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions

Time-management skills

Physical stamina

Able to pass a background check/drug screening

Must have reliable transportation
