Regular hours include Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PMCompensation Range: $65,000/Yr. - $90,000/Yr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*Location: Headquarters - Endwell, NYResponsibilities/Duties:Manage all aspects of assigned project(s), including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications to ensure the project's success, meeting all objectives and delivering high-quality results.Ensure all project dependencies are considered and monitored to mitigate potential schedule delays and/or cost overruns, communicates project updates and deviations in performance expectations to management. Ensures all construction activities maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and legal standards, and that performance of work is consistent with contract terms and requirements.Perform project post-mortem to continually develop best practices and tools for future project execution. Identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, for consideration and integration into work process, to ensure greater efficiencies, cost containment, and overall project success.Oversee new and existing contractor/vendor relationships; perform/assign due diligence and contractor vetting.Review and authorize construction contracts, and other department-related documents, as assigned, in compliance with policy approval limits and utilizing external legal review resources, as appropriate.Manage and prioritize staff and vendor scheduling and workload balancing to ensure appropriate coverage, and that work is assigned and completed accurately, as required and within established deadlines.Provide oversight and technical guidance to other credit union personnel, related to department activities, as assigned.Establish and track construction project and functional area operating budget(s) providing periodic budget updates to Internal Operations management.Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain cost estimates and negotiate contracts.Oversee project budgeting and cost control, manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.Support employee engagement through coaching, career development, VTO utilization, and recognition of staff.Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.Perform other duties needed to help fulfill our mission, drive our strategy, and support our organization's values.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in construction administration, management, or related field of study; 4-6 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.1-3 years' experience overseeing building construction and improvements.1-3 years' experience in a managerial or staff leadership role.Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) required, or to be obtained within 1 year of hire/promotion.Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.Visions remains committed to the aspects of diversity and inclusion and will consider alternative education and experience.Preferred Qualifications & Experience:Certification in building, construction, or related field of work.We're more than banking.
