In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver exceptional architectural and engineering services to our clients across diverse markets including aerospace, manufacturing, education, entertainment and hospitality.What You'll Do:Manage all phases of complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule and budget requirementsCoordinate and lead project teams comprised of architects, engineers, designers and consultantsDevelop detailed project plans, schedules and staffing plans to meet client needsMonitor project performance, identify risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain clear and consistent communication with clients to understand objectives and manage expectationsEnsure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulationsPrepare proposals, reports, presentations and other project documentationYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field5+ years of project management experience in A/E/C industryExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage concurrent projects and prioritize effectivelyProficiency with MS Office, project management software and technical applicationsPMP certification is preferredInterested in hearing more?
