What You'll Do
- Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region.
- Responsibilities also include performing the following:
- Overseeing projects
- Performing technical report reviews
- Preparing and reviewing proposals
- Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
- Leading and coaching junior staff members
- Performing responsibilities at the regional level
What We're Looking For
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
- Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- Registered Architect (R.A.)
- International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP
- University of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
- 12+ years of relevant professional related experience
- Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
