Title: HVAC Building Engineer
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
*Traveling around Indiana- Lebanon and Indianapolis locations (about 5-6 locations). We can expense for mileage on their personal vehicle on contract.
Must-haves
-Knows the ins and outs of commercial HVAC systems and how they work
-Interest in learning the software programming side of HVAC controls (building automation system)
-Ability to read and interpret mechanical and/or electrical drawings, sequences of operation
-Ability to run HVAC equipment through a serious of tests, point to point checks ensuring software and hardware are acting in accordance
Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking for 5 HVAC Building Engineers to support an HVAC customer in support of their commercial customer with locations in downtown Indianapolis and Lebanon, IN. These employees will spend time between Indianapolis locations and Lebanon pharmaceutical customer locations reviewing their HVAC equipment in accordance to a sequence of operation. They will make sure the software is interacting correctly as well and report back to engineers if changes need to be made. Will then verify, test, and commission the job in the end. Need to be able to pass an extensive, customer required background check.
