- CFC or EPA Certification
- Paying $21 per hour; depending on experience.What You'll Be Doing:
- Utilizing several trades such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to perform preventive maintenance. Monitoring building system and operations
- Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by clientWhat You Need to Bring to the Table:
