Performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds, including:Light bulb changes and fixture cleaningPainting and carpentryAssisting maintenance personnel and other workers with their tasks or projectsBuilding snow removal as requiredHousekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in a clean and orderly conditionMixing cleaning solutions to appropriate strengthRemoving trash from offices and lobby areasPerforming room setups and strikesFollows established routine and has the ability to read and understand cleaning instructions and information. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Required QualificationsHigh school plus one year commercial trades/maintenance experience or equivalency. General knowledge in a variety of skilled trades areas including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.Preferred QualificationsAssociates degree in a relevant trades field preferred.Physical RequirementsCommercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
