Building maintenance/ Food pantry job description
- *Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Performing preventive maintenance and handling basic requires
- Assisting contractors when professional repairs are necessary
- Setting up tables and chairs for events
- Applying paint varnish and stain to protect and beautify surfaces
- Sweep, mop and vacuuming floors
- Recording any issues to maintenance manager or clients
