Pay: $15/hour
What's the job?
+ Assist the maintenance supervisor with general cleaning and labor support for the properties.
+ Groundskeeping
+ Painting
+ Day shift, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
What's Needed?
+ Previous experience with building maintenance support helpful
+ Reliability and team player mentality
+ Verification of High School Diploma or GED
+ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
