Your Take Off will be successful by doing the following with excellence:- Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections of buildings.
- Perform daily routine emergency maintenance on buildings.
- Perform basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance, and repairs.
- Install electrical equipment such as radios, electric motor, and switches.
- Maintain and make repairs to buildings, passenger boarding bridges, and baggage conveyor belts.
- Perform related work as required.
Your Landing will be smooth if you meet the following requirements:- At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' experience in carpentry, plumbing, heating, and cooling maintenance, electrical and/or building maintenance
- Possess a valid Ohio driver's license, in good standing
- Knowledge of general building maintenance
- Ability to organize work and meet deadlines
