Access building automation system to make adjustments as needed. Repair heating and air conditioning systems. Oversee the completion of preventive maintenance records. Train staff on preventive maintenance for the HVAC systems. Make regular inspections of HVAC systems and practice proper safety techniques and procedures. Perform emergency repairs 24/7 to resolve immediate safety concerns. Order parts and materials needed for preventive maintenance and repair of the equipment. May supervise maintenance staff and contractors on a project basis. Performs related duties as required. Mandatory overtime may be required based on the operational needs of the hospital.
