Insight Global is partnered with one of their large pharmaceutical clients in hiring for a Utilities Building Manager for their Durham, NC location. This position will be hired on as a full-time position and will work onsite in Durham, NC 27709.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience working within utilities support
• Experience working with large-scale equipment (chillers, boilers, compressors, etc.)
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working with clean utilities
• Bachelor's Degree - open to any discipline

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the support and maintenance of large-scale utilities equipment, including chillers, boilers, and compressors
• Provides management and support during the installation of new equipment at the central utility plant
• Responsible for the oversight of the central utility plant and clean utilities supervisors

Compensation: Up to $140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
