Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Building Superintendent located in Manhattan, NY.
The Building Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day tasks related to:
- General building maintenance and repairs
- Contacting vendors for larger or advanced repairs
- Supervising Building Inspections
- Providing access for maintenance or construction crews in the building
- Providing periodic updates on any repairs or construction projects taking place in the building.
- Overall Cleanliness and safety of the building entrances and common areas
Must have strong Knowledge of:
- Elevator Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Plumbing and Electrical Repairs
- HVAC/Mechanical Systems
- Boiler Systems
