Critical Responsibilities:Ability to operate PLC screensAbility to load boxes and change tape headsUnderstand product flow and oiler operationChange and clean sizing screens, clean optical sorter lenses and trayLearn hand sort protocolAwareness of flavor application and final validation protocolUnderstand the cleaning processOperate bailerUnderstand re-work proceduresAbility to change out fuel tankPerform in-process cleaning as requiredMonitor and adjust percent of rework being addedEnsure metal detector operation and knowledge of the proper procedure for metal hits and the proper procedure for plastic holdsReset tripped motors in MCCChange oiler settings to lab specificationsDisassemble and assemble de-clumperAdjust optical sorter belts for tracking and calibrate optical sortersAdjust case erector, bag inserter, conveyors, un-cuffer, top taper and labeler for size changesReplace labels and ribbon on printer, change message on bulk line printerPerform all necessary functions with packaging documentationMinimum Education & Experience:HS DiplomaCertifications & Licenses:OSC Forklift CertificationScope, Influence & Accountability:
