Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full-time Bus Aide and Classroom Aide. Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Our benefits package includes: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance with company contributionIRA with company matching Bus Aide responsibilities: Assist students with disabilities in boarding and exiting the bus safely.Ensure all students are seated and secured properly during transit.Provide support to students with mobility challenges, including assisting with wheelchairs and other mobility aids.Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus.Communicate effectively with the bus driver and school staff regarding any issues or concerns during transportation.Attend to the needs of individual students, including assisting with personal care tasks if necessary.Follow established safety protocols and emergency procedures in the event of an incident or emergency on the bus.Help out with other tasks in the school when needed.
