**Bus Cleaner**
**Department:** Fleet Maintenance **Location:** New Britain, CT
DATTCO has an opening for a **Bus Cleaner** at our New Britain, CT location. This is a third shift position from 9 PM to 5:30 AM and includes weekends and holidays.
DATTCO is a third generation, family-owned company and is currently the largest passenger transportation company in New England.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Inspects and cleans all luggage storage bays, overhead passenger storage areas, windows, and floors.
* Empties trash receptacles and trash from interior of vehicle.
* Brush and vacuum as needed.
* Sanitizes floors and fixtures.
* Cleans exterior of vehicle.
* Fuels buses as needed.
* Understands OSHA safety rules and promotes a safe work environment.
* Ability to move and park different types of buses
* Daily attendance at work
* Plus, other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
* Valid CT drivers license.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Dependable.
* Self-starter.
* Must be able to pass an in-yard driving test of all vehicles
* Must be able to maneuver large vehicles including double deckers around facility
* Operate fuel pump
