  • Maintains a high level of excellence in teaching by communicating and interacting effectively with students enrolled in courses within the Business program area.
  • Utilize prepared materials and assignments required for course instruction, testing, and documented student learning outcomes.
  • Keeps student records and adheres to course schedules.
  • Uses Blackboard learning management systems to communicate with students.
  • Participates in the collection of student learning outcomes data.
  • Assists the Business Program Director with timely notification of any course issues related to instruction.
  • Conducts lectures, discussions, and other teaching activities.
  • Provides students with the course syllabus/ addendum and correlates graded assignments with skill and course competency.
  • Submits grades, reports, and records in a timely manner.
  • Remains current in field.
  • Minimum and Additional Requirements Masters degree with 18 hours in Management Business and/or marketing. Preferred QualificationsPrevious teaching experience preferred in an online environment. Knowledge of Blackboard or Blackboard Ultra preferred. Good computer and MS office skills essential.
