DESCRIPTION:MATTE is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Administration Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a member of our management team and support the administrative aspects of MATTE Projects. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business administration and project support while contributing to the success of our organization.Administrative Support:
- Assist your direct supervisor with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize documents, files, and records, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Project Support:
- Collaborate with the operations, client, and new business teams to assist in the coordination and execution.
- Help track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the team.
Data Management:
- Input and manage data related to projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making and project analysis.
Communication:
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to team members and external partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be enrolled in a University or Master's program.
- Must be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week, and a maximum of 16 hours per week.
- Must be available between January 22nd and May 15th. Internships begin January 22nd, 2025.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn.
COMPENSATION:This internship is unpaid.
