The Role of an Advisor

Partner with small business owners and help them scale through 1:1 advising. Work alongside these owners in a variety of capacities to create real, lasting change to the health and value of their businesses. As advisors, we work with our clients to identify gaps, help them build a plan to achieve their vision, and then help them implement it. Managing a book of 20 clients would represent a Full Time workload.

We would love the chance to learn more about you if you meet the following criteria:
  • You have successfully run a $2M to $10M+ annual revenue business as the main driver & hired a leadership team under you (influence of people).
  • You are confident in your Excel/Google Sheets skills and are comfortable with jumping in to learn new systems and software.
  • You are confident in your abilities to engage and maintain a book of 10 to 20 businesses. This includes making an impressive first impression.
  • You are highly enthusiastic about the opportunity to partner with and advise small business owners to achieve their goals.
