Business Advisor, Major Market, RentalsAbout the teamThe Rentals Sales Team provides outstanding advertising solutions and business consultation for Multi-Family partners. We are a team of fun, high-energy individuals committed to helping Zillow Group users make more thoughtful decisions about buying, renting, owning, and selling homes. Specifically, the Multi-Family Rental sales team works with owners and operators of rental properties throughout the US, helping to connect rental shoppers with the property they will next call home. We provide creative technological solutions, strategic data, and excellent training and development to amplify our clients' growth as true partners in their business.About the roleBusiness Advisors are driven to provide clients with the best customer service in the industry and are focused on net property and book growth. They are obsessed with client success and know that Zillow is the best place for clients to achieve that success. They work to mine opportunities in existing client portfolios. As a part of the Zillow Rentals Team, Business Advisors are comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.*This role is on our Major Market team. Our Major Market team supports the top 500 Growth & Retention accounts in our channel sales business.You Will Get To:Be an expert in all Zillow Rentals Network products and services.Perform a high volume of calls to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies.Utilize to prospect, log activity, and manage your calendar and opportunities.Participate in multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, and property management company meetings to increase partnerships, revenue, and exposure to the Zillow Rental Network.Clearly communicate performance expectations to clients internally and externally.Consistently meet and exceed success metrics, including revenue and retention.Excel in high-level conversations and presentations with decision-makers with a focus on building positive relationships to drive business results.Serve as a brand ambassador for Zillow Group, representing the best interests of the company, its advertisers, and industry partners.Represent the voice of the customer to influence product, marketing, and sales process and improvement.Who you are2+ years of experience in outside sales and business-to-business sales.Experience selling into large accounts with complex/multiple decision-makers.Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics.Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive can-do  attitude via the phone and in person.High degree of ownership and dedication to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment.Ability to prioritize and utilize time management.Excellent written/verbal communication skills.A passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.Proficient use of Excel and Salesforce and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics. or other CRM experience preferred.Get to know usZillow is reimagining real estate to make home a reality for more and more people.
