WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
To thrive as a Business Advisor for the Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, you'll need a diverse skill set that blends creativity and analytical thinking. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is ideal, but if you have four years of relevant experience, you're also in the running! Proven experience with effective marketing strategies across multiple platforms is a must, along with the ability to analyze market trends and data for optimization. You should also bring experience in managing and promoting a business, showcasing your understanding of operations and client needs.
Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply, as you'll engage with a diverse community. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will help you connect with entrepreneurs and foster long-lasting relationships. Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office, is essential, along with a collaborative spirit to contribute positively to our energetic team culture!
