Job Title: Business Affairs Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a Business Affairs Coordinator to work directly with Production, outside vendors, Brand teams, and AB Legal. In this role, you will collaborate on all production-related contracts, negotiate and manage all rights for campaigns, and oversee production finances. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices and payments, generating talent ballparks, managing network clearance, and tracking licenses. Familiarity with SAG, AFTRA, and non-union talent regulations is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with Production, outside vendors, Brand teams, and AB Legal on all production-related contracts.
+ Negotiate and manage all rights for any given campaign, including 3rd party IP, partnerships, talent, music, photography, and film.
+ Track licenses with XR and internal trackers when XR is not applicable.
+ Manage production finances, including all production vendors, talent fees, residuals, music licenses, and stock licenses.
+ Process and administer invoices and payments for various vendors and talent, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
+ Generate talent ballparks.
+ Process Session and Completion reports.
+ Manage network clearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 3 years of experience in contract management, stakeholder management, project management, vendor management, invoicing, and budgeting
+ Familiarity with SAG, AFTRA, and non-union talent regulations and payment
+ Experience with Hot Budgets is a plus
Work Environment
The role involves working closely with various internal teams and external vendors, requiring strong communication and negotiation skills. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on managing multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are critical. Familiarity with industry regulations and financial management tools will be beneficial.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00
