Job Summary: Client is looking for a Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in ACH, NACHA formats, and payment systems. The role involves interacting with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into implementation specifications, supporting the design and maintenance of ACH/Bulk payment flows, and identifying process improvements. The position requires strong critical thinking, analytical, and documentation skills, and the ability to work in an Agile setup. Key Responsibilities: • Understanding of ACH and Nacha Operating Rules, laws, and regulations. • Interact with product owners and stakeholders to clarify and translate requirements into specifications. • Consolidate functional and non-functional requirements across stakeholders. • Design and maintain ACH/Bulk payment flows. Identify and implement process improvements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects and document solutions according to standards. • Work in an Agile setup and manage requirement analysis in a structured manner. • Strong critical thinking, analytical, technical, and communication skills. • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in ACH and payment systems. • In-depth knowledge of NACHA formats and ACH regulations. • Experience with requirement analysis and documentation. • Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work in an Agile environment. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with payment platforms and tools. • Knowledge of other payment systems like SWIFT or SEPA. • Experience in large-scale payment system implementations.
