Trident consulting is hiring Business Analyst (Capital Market)Position: Business Analyst (Capital Market) Location: New York (Hybrid 3 days in office every week) Duration: Full TimeJob Responsibilities:
- Understand ideas and document them into smaller user stories for delivery.
- 10+ years of experience as business analyst in capital market domain
- Sentinel experience is a must.
- Confirm secondary task owners and contact details for all task owners.
- Review handshake and milestone tasks between product and technology.
- Follow up with workstream task owners and escalate, as necessary.
- Potentially manage/coordinate with offshore resources for execution support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills - VBA/macro experience plus, proven strong Excel analysis skills.
- Basic project management/PMO/project support or coordination skills (create and track a simple project plan, take & distribute meeting notes)
- Possesses strong ability to understand and communicate issues.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project
- Experience working and managing projects in an Agile environment.
- Ability to analyze and document business and technical processes and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
- Strong organizational/conflict resolution skills with a polished and professional presence
- An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, working as a true team player and facilitator to bring their project to a successful delivery.
