Insight Global is sourcing for a Business Analyst to join a national security and technology company. You will be responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, engaging with stakeholders, and discussing solution designs with technical teams. As the BA you will work closely with stakeholders and bridge communication between the business and the technical teams. The end product is a Computer-Aided Dispatch System for the City of Phoenix emergency departments. The technical teams are currently responsible for modernizing the existing software, providing enhancements to the features, and customizing the software to meet each departments requirements. The expected timeline of the implementation of the modernized product is 2027, and will last for additional years to act as a support to this department. There are currently 5 customers actively using the product, and throughout the duration of the project, the customer base will grow immensely. This is a contract position with the intention to last for 3 years as this is expected to be a multi-year implementation project. This position requires you to be onsite with the stakeholders in Phoenix, AZ 4-5 days per week. Compensation: $30.00/hr to $45.00/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
