You will work day-to-day to provide expertise for our clients to enhance the quality of their business and technological products and services. Business Analysts are critical in enabling our clients to make business decisions. In this role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team while individually contributing to project deliverables that meet our clients needs. This role is ideal for someone who quickly wants to develop expertise in various industries, technologies, and in business consulting. Our team works hard to provide creative solutions to those who need it, but we also have fun exploring opportunities and stretching our capabilities.

**Your future duties and responsibilities:**
How youll make an impact
Support with client presentations and meetings
Interview stakeholders to gather and formalize the requirements and user stories
Collaborate with clients and teammates to improve and document business processes
Analyze business data to encourage and support business decisions
Upskill on new technologies and tools by earning certifications
Educate and learn from other team members about various technologies and industries
Participate in business development and proposals on an ad hoc basis

BA, BS, BSBA, or MS in Management, MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or related field/experience with the ability to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time
