Position: Business Analyst (Functional) ConsultantLocation: Austin, Texas (Onsite)Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst (Functional) Consultant with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), SQL, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance the efficiency of our contract management systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • CLM Expertise:Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).Analyze and understand business requirements related to contract management and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Business Analysis:Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • System Implementation:Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of CLM solutions.Provide functional expertise during the development and customization of CLM systems.
  • SQL and PL/SQL Proficiency:Utilize SQL and PL/SQL skills to query databases, extract relevant information, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization within the contract management system.
  • User Training and Support:Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure effective utilization of CLM systems.Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.Ensure that all relevant documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in system implementation and customization, preferably with CLM products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in Business Analysis or related field.
