Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
  • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
  • Set up project and work breakdown structures.
  • Establish and document business processes.
  • Leading/coordinating projects.
  • The main function of a Non-IT Business Analyst is to maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level.
  • Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.
  • The Non-IT Business Analyst usually reports to a project manager or director.
  • Banking Services is looking for project support involving research, leading/coordinating projects, and documenting progress and procedures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills:Back-office operations, financial market, SharePoint, excel .
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work in the grey.
  • Transaction Processing\Cash Operations\Reconciliation or Banking Experience
  • Quality Focused and Detail Oriented (Due to potential financial impact)
  • Intermediate Data Entry Skills
  • Demonstrate Technical Expertise
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Ability to Muti-Task and Deadline Oriented.
  • Strong Analytical Skills\Use Sound Judgment.
  • Fast Learner\Flexible.
  • Can learn multiple functions.
  • Can switch or rotate functions as needed.
  • Self-Starter\Results Driven.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources or relevant field required.
  • 0-2 years related experience required.
