The Business Analyst is an integral part of the Product Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process. The BA enriches the team in the areas of Production Support, Continuous Testing, and Requirements Engineering.Your ImpactProduction SupportSuccessful processing of dealer inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident process.Cross-Team collaboration with other Digital Customer Technology (DCT) teams to resolve support requirements for integrated systems.Error analysis and support of the development team in troubleshooting.Monitoring of the system uptime via various methods and tools.Manage communications to Dealer Management System Providers for the purposes of support and product change management.Quality assurance of the implementation of technical and functional requirements.Manage testing based on support-related requirements to confirm resolution of Bugs and Support Incidents.Planning and execution of tests.Definition of test conditions and scripts.Support in setting up test automation.Analysis of test results.Requirements EngineeringRefinement of technical Stories and Features based on support requirements.Methodical support in generating ideas with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.Determination, documentation, checking & coordination and management of requirements.Definition of acceptance criteria.Definition of the integration points with other systems and communication of the effects of possible system changes in cooperation with other teams.Support of the global development teams in clarifying requirements.Visual representation of business processes.Support in estimating efforts for new developments and improvements.Knowledge transfer for new and changed functions for the change management process.GeneralActive participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards.Your Experience and QualificationsBachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education.7+ years of professional experience (approx. 3+ years relevant).Relevant experience in software development.Knowledge of agile methods is an advantage.Experience in Production Support, Testing, and Requirements Engineering.Analytical comprehensive thinking.Good communication skills in spoken and written English (Additional Languages an advantage).Independent and solution-oriented behavior.Strong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking.Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT departments and any level of management.Successfully influencing different groups and teams in a complex environment.Your WorkplaceAGCO is Great Place to Work Certified and has been recognized for delivering exceptional employee experience and a positive workplace culture.
