This position will be full-time and hybrid.What You'll Do

• Engage with stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
• Elicit, document, and manage business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development and ensure they are clearly understood by all stakeholders

What You'll NeedRequired:

• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience managing a large budget
• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with procurement processes and procedures
• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with software renewals
• Eight (8) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Agile/Scrum methodology practices

Desired:

• Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Jira
• Four (4) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience with Audit Deliverables
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
