If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!About the Role: As the Business Analyst , you will serve as a liaison between programmatic staff and IT, providing essential support for the system life cycle management, user assistance, data analysis, and documentation of the AWARE Case Management System (CMS) and other key applications. This role ensures that system configurations and processes meet agency requirements and end-user needs.Key Responsibilities:System Life Cycle Support : Assist in managing the system life cycle for AWARE (CMS) and other key applications by participating in analysis, design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support. Collaborate with IT and programmatic staff to ensure system updates and enhancements align with user needs and agency objectives.User Support and Liaison: Act as a go-between for programmatic staff and IT, providing support to users by addressing needs within the AWARE (CMS). Facilitate communication to resolve issues of varying complexity, and ensure that technical solutions are effectively communicated to non-technical staff.Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and support data reports and dashboards using tools like MS-Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. Provide data insights and analytics to support decision-making and improve agency processes. Generate both regular and ad-hoc reports as required by programmatic and executive staff.Documentation and Policy Development : Assist in creating, reviewing, and maintaining policies, procedures, documentation, and user manuals to ensure that all system-related materials are up-to-date and meet agency standards. Ensure documentation supports end-user requirements and enhances system usability.Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze current processes and work with program staff to design configurations that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements that streamline operations and enhance system performance.Backup Training Support: Serve as a backup trainer for user applications, including AWARE (CMS). Assist in the preparation and delivery of training sessions and materials to ensure users are knowledgeable and proficient in system usage. Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area and experience in computer system development and modification. Relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
