Knowledge and working experience of scrum-based Agile methodology. Identify obstacles that might impact the delivery of user stories and provide support to remove them. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving, communication skills, and presentation skills. Collaborate frequently with product owner/developer for quality assurance of deliverables.
- Capture business needs/requirements gathering.
- Strong BA with Agile experience.
- Salesforce experience is a big plus.
- Gather and understand business needs and translate them into effective user stories/requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussion sessions; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and depict the relevant requirements.
- Communicate and negotiate requirements for end users.
- Propose business solutions and estimate effort required.
- Communicate requirements to the project team and validate that requirements have been met.
- Participate as a pivotal team member in design, review, and planning meetings.
- Work as a team to develop optimal solutions that meet customers' and business needs. Assist in User Acceptance Testing for user stories and assist the Product Owner to sign off UAT. #J-18808-Ljbffr
