Location: Providence,RI, USA
This role partners with customers to determine project requirements and the resources required to meet them. The Analyst will help to estimate a budget based on the materials, systems and manpower needed, and establish a timeframe to completion. The Analyst will focus on meeting deadlines, controlling costs and ensuring the solution is properly implemented.
Position Responsibilities:
* Serve as a thought leader and trusted business partner while collaborating with the business functions to define new or enhanced processes and procedures that better utilize our enterprise technology and define future roadmap for applications
* Assists the Help desk and infrastructure teams aligning operational processes that impact customer satisfaction
* Drive innovation leveraging quick launch / learn techniques. Leverages the technology innovation center to test and teach new products. Own and deliver the solutions roadmap, leveraging existing solutions and bring best solutions to the environment
* Assists in the development of strategic functional / technical roadmap anticipating organizational needs and delivering strategy leveraging existing systems and platforms
* Assists in the improvement of the functional processes that support the organizational functions through projects and enhancements to tools
* Ensure operational excellence and build organizational capabilities through the use of application assessment and design, business process design, user centric design, people development. Develop capabilities of process engineering, user design, and technology
* Ensure an ITIL / ITSM approach to incident management and enhancement management providing responsive support to all business functions
* Contribute to the development of IT strategy, specifically exploiting business knowledge to ensure that IT strategy compliments business strategy
* Liaison with business for communications regarding IT direction and strategy; Operational issues
* Execute and deliver in accordance to audit, risk and governance guidelines. Ensure continuous controls and governance improvement, including PCI requirements and customer data privacy requirements
Position Requirements:
* Bachelors degree and minimum 3 years related experience
* Creativity and Innovation thinking

* Retail experience preferred
* Expertise in Enterprise IT operations
* Excellent customer service skills
