About the Role
As a Cyber Fraud Analyst, you will be an essential part of our analyst team, collaborating with customers and key stakeholders to improve security measures. You will utilize unique intelligence feeds, threat logs, and indicators of compromise (IOCs) to enhance security and provide confidence. Engage with our research and development teams, contribute to product development, and help our customers remain secure in the ever-evolving cyber fraud landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze threats and suspicious activities for customers proactively.
- Investigate alerts, conduct triage, deep dives, and formulate appropriate action plans and remediation strategies.
- Use various data sources, including intelligence trust networks and external threat feeds.
- Support customers' payment processes and workflows.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional, proactive, and tailored service.
- Collaborate closely with our research and development team.
- Enhance our knowledge base by creating fraud analysis reports and best practices.
Requirements
- Practical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and a research-driven mindset.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst.
- Experience with the ELK stack, Grafana, and other visualization tools.
- At least 3 years of experience with databases (NoSQL is a plus).
- Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing simple tools with Python or Go.
- Experience with rule engines (Advantageous).
- Experience in incident response and computer forensic investigations (Advantageous).
