Position Summary: We're searching for a talented and passionate Business Analyst to join our team and elevate our data integration and full stack requirement definition to the next level. You'll be an expert in collecting and analyzing data, defining, and documenting business requirements, and facilitating the integration of systems to support our strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and collaborative individual to play a key role in shaping our data strategy and driving significant impact through effective system integration and comprehensive solution design. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from company stakeholders and vendors.
- Facilitate the integration of various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Develop detailed specifications, use cases, and full stack requirements for both front-end and back-end solutions based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective solutions and ensure successful system integration.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, requirements, and full stack solutions.
- Conduct data mapping and transformation to support integration efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL to query databases.
- Experience with defining full stack requirements and working on both front-end and back-end solutions.
- Experience with business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Exposure to cloud development environments, ideally Google Cloud.
