In this role, you will:
- Own: Take ownership of analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Define: Clearly define and document business requirements, specifications, and objectives to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Develop: Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive business documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Deliver: Ensure the timely completion of business analysis milestones, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A solid understanding of business process modeling and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail Experience: Prior experience in retail is mandatory, with a strong preference for experience in Point of Sale (POS), mobile Point of Sale (mPOS), or Self-Checkout (SCO) systems, particularly on the front end.
You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Previous involvement in process improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite Requirement: The resource must be onsite 4 days a week.
- Work From Home (WFH) Policy: WFH is allowed 1 day a week. This can be a Friday or Monday twice a month, and the other weeks it must be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
