This position must be based in our Chicago, IL or our Buffalo, NY offices. About the Role The Affinity Group Corporate Business Analyst is responsible for providing analytic support/assistance to the development and/or enhancement of business planning; creating KPI's, client scorecards, maintaining tracking systems and tools for the Affinity Group team and clients. Additionally, this position will assist with the administration and coordination of sales and other related functions. What You'll DoSupport National sales team by collecting & conducting information analysis for the marketsAnalyze and monitor business performance for Clients, Customers, Brands and ProductsProvide volume data for Customer presentations (business reviews)Manage Distributor's monthly volume reports and analysis with teamAssist in the preparation and update of sales team tools, KPI's and scorecardsFoster a collaborative environment by keeping an efficient cross-functional communicationsAssist/support marketing activitiesCreate PowerPoint presentations for sales teams to present to customersThe role might be right for you if you have: Bachelor's degree Candidate must have proven analytical skills and computer proficiencyAdvanced proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables)Power BI and PowerPoint proficiency (this is a must have)Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities, provides sales insights and make predictive recommendations.Strategic Problem Solver: You proactively call out problems, while also providing recommendations and solutions with a positive attitudeAble to organize and prioritize many different tasks across multiple shareholders. Must be comfortable operating in a deadline-driven environment.Ability to learn and adapt to new software systemsA positive, professional, and proactive attitude.Professionally presents themselves to customers. Impeccable honesty, integrity, and reliability (time and attendance).
