Responsibilities Include: Work closely with business units and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for system enhancements, process changes, for new initiatives. Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements on the application. Acts as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions. Ensures changes to applications comply with our credit union standards and policies including Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, System Architecture, Data Architecture, etc. Identify and mitigate risks to complex change implementation by planning user acceptance testing, clarifying, and ensuring developers understand requirements, coordinating users, executing tests, monitoring test completion, escalating defects/issues, and soliciting feedback to support accurate testing and alignment with desired outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and front-line staff. Works with Technical Writing team to Documents process, procedures and workflows associated with applications. Leads or participates in continuous improvement efforts, building expertise in creating, analyzing, and improving processes. Utilize data analysis techniques to extract insights from internal systems and databases. Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Computer Skills: Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Data Analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Plotly, etc.
