We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role combines expertise in managing enterprise-scale client projects with the advanced capabilities of the Graphite GTC platform to deliver innovative software solutions. You will work closely with federal clients to understand and meticulously document their needs, helping them make sense of their requirements and provide consultative solutions to complex problems. In this position, you will play a critical role in scope expansion and management, ensuring that project objectives align with both client expectations and development capabilities. This position is ideal for a proactive analyst eager to tackle complex challenges and make a significant impact on our clients' operational success through innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Partner with federal clients to understand and document their needs and requirements comprehensively.
  • Requirements Analysis: Analyze client requirements, identify dependencies, and provide consultative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Communication Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between clients, development teams, and project managers to ensure clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
  • Scope Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing scope expansion and aligning client expectations with development capabilities.
  • Project Facilitation: Address questions on acceptance criteria or user stories to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize project management tools (experience with Jira is a plus) to track progress and manage tasks effectively.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of our federal contracts, applicants must be U.S. citizens.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing software projects and client relationships at an enterprise level.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Location Requirement: Must be able to work 100% in-person at our Bryn Mawr, PA location.
