Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle EBS ERP systems, specifically focusing on order management and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering requirements, testing system functionality, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. This role requires strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills to support integrated testing with Salesforce and other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle EBS ERP system functionality, including order management and logistics processes.
  • Lead the testing of system functionality to support integrated testing between upstream and downstream processes and Kites Salesforce systems.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements; create as-is and to-be process maps to guide improvements.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to ensure clear, actionable requirements are documented.
  • Develop and maintain system-related documents such as test scripts, process flow diagrams, requirements documentation, and user manuals.
  • Participate in the IT SDLC process, ensuring all activities align with company policies and timelines.
  • Facilitate and participate in requirements-gathering workshops with diverse business and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
  • Track critical activities, escalate system issues as needed, and ensure timely resolution through effective stakeholder management.
  • Facilitate meetings effectively, distribute meeting notes, and track action items to maintain accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a business analyst or in a related function within Life Sciences or High Technology domains (GxP-compliant processes are a plus).
  • Strong expertise with Oracle EBS ERP, particularly in order management and logistics processes.
  • Proven experience with testing system and process changes and ensuring smooth integration between multiple business systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to author process-related documents, including test scripts, process flow diagrams, requirements documents, and user manuals.
  • Experience with facilitating requirements-gathering workshops and collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Veeva Vault.
  • Proven experience managing diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GxP-compliant processes.
  • Experience with integrated testing between ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
