We are actively hiring for Business Analyst Location: Downers Grove, Illinois (Hybrid) Knowledge of Dynamics CSM/CRM Knows devops - create workflow, work items POSITION SUMMARY The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in understanding business needs and translating them into actionable requirements. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business processes and provide valuable insights to enhance existing systems and develop new solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES This role must have experience using the following technologies. Dynamics Customer Service Module (Omnichannel) Work with the business and quickly troubleshoot and provide solutions to everyday issues. Develop new Views, Forms, Reports, and Dashboards Dynamics Customer Relationship Management Module Collaborate with the team using DevOps to ensure alignment with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes, promoting a seamless flow of requirements and solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. Solid knowledge of Agile development methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams in project collaboration sessions to support requirements gathering. Analyze and document business processes, including workflows, use cases, and requirements. Strong ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time, taking ownership to get project done in a timely manner. Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Evaluate and recommend solutions that align with business goals and requirements. Identify and communicate potential issues, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of requirements. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Provide ongoing support for business systems and applications. Willingness to travel as required. POSITION SPECIFIC EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements and business processes. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies for business analysis. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Willingness to follow current PLZ business analysis standards and provide feedback for improvement and best practices.
