Business Analyst
Our client is a private investment firm based in Boston, MA looking to hire a Business Analyst. This individual will be a strong leader who works in partnership with our engineering team to develop and deliver enhanced data tools. The ideal candidate has experience with Notion (or similar tools). This role requires 3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in brainstorming sessions for AI initiatives by preparing resources, documenting key discussions, summarizing main insights, and outlining action items
- Record various elements of AI projects, such as business use cases, stakeholder responsibilities, and value sources
- Oversee a central documentation platform to ensure information is organized, clear, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Partner with the Product Manager for Knowledge Agent and other AI solutions by gathering user input, processing feedback, and addressing challenges
- Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders involved in AI projects and address issues that require cross-functional collaboration
- Create communications related to AI initiatives in multiple formats, including memos, PowerPoint presentations, and blog articles
- Investigate current and emerging AI tools in the market and assess their relevance and potential fit for the company

- Strong passion for AI and its practical uses
- Exceptional ability to organize and structure large volumes of information in an accessible manner
- Strong team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
- Resourceful and proactive mindset for navigating ambiguous situations and achieving objectives
- Exceptional note-taking skills with great attention to detail
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency and the ability to craft clear, compelling presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
