They are coming into a 2-year project that is about 60% completed. There are project components in different phases.
Soft skills are incredibly important. Looking for someone who will show up with a point of view and take initiative, not just be a note taker. Really needs someone who can be committed to the project and see it through.
Expecting 1 round of video interviews with the Director and PO together.

Business Analyst to support BQr project
Project details: Their platform is an automated external self service tools and end to end sales engine for small group market segments. Our corporate and regulatory business rules are built in allowing for a seamless sales and new business enrollment process. The system is intended to enable and drive full self-service for the broker community to engage, sell and cross sell within the market segment.
Healthcare experience, Agile experience, and analytical testing skills (but no specific data tools) are all required.
Additionally, this resource must have great communication and writing skills as they will be representing the project to leaders and SME's as well as conducting training to end users in the future
They are building on Salesforce, so previous working knowledge would be great, but this position is representing the business side – so the candidate needs to understand how the sales organization works. Having SF tool knowledge is great but doesn't have to have this.
Other preferred skillsets: Working on a CRM or a sales / selling tool project would be helpful. Candidate should not be too technical, and does not need too much of an IT background.
