Summary:
The Business Analyst (BA) works with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance organizational efficiency. The BA leads the documentation, communication, and execution of these improvements, ensuring projects meet business objectives from start to finish. Responsibilities include defining requirements, setting deadlines, tracking progress, and resolving conflicts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in behavioral health, social services, business, or IT (with 3+ years of experience), or a Masters Degree with 1+ year of experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of project management and technical systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
