Our Oil and Gas client is looking for a Business Analyst experienced with HSE systems. This position located in Houston, Texas does offer hybrid flexibility while on contract. The Ideal Candidate will be skilled in enhancements and implementations of HSE systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop business cases and deliver strategic solutions. Only applicants currently residing in Houston, TX will be considered for this position. No relocation seeking candidates will be considered at this time.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for creating detailed process documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, test cases, and training materials.
- Manage and produce business interaction components that define, plan and execute technology and innovative HSE System solutions for the company's productivity
- Document current pain points, inefficiencies, and the desired future state for process automation
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify pain points and bottlenecks that can be addressed
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in safety, health, environmental, business administration, or management information systems
- Experience using SQL to troubleshoot problems, create dashboards, and test new development.
- Minimum of 3 years as Business Analyst
